This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and service changes are handled.


1. Service-Based Nature

itechieni.co provides digital services, including website solutions, technology services, and other non-tangible deliverables.
Because of the nature of our work, all services involve time, effort, planning, and resources from the moment a client engages with us.


2. Cancellation Policy

a) Cancellations Before Project Start

If you wish to cancel before the project begins, you must notify us in writing at least 48 hours in advance.

  • A 20% cancellation fee may apply to reserve the time and resources allocated to you.

b) Cancellations After Project Has Started

Once work has begun:

  • No full refund will be provided.
  • A partial refund (if applicable) will be based on the percentage of work not completed.
  • Any completed or partially completed work will be billed accordingly.

c) Last-Minute Cancellations

If a project is canceled within 12 hours of the start time (for shoots, meetings, service slots, etc.), no refund will be issued.


3. Refund Policy

a) Non-Refundable Services

Due to the digital and customized nature of our services, the following are non-refundable:

  • Services already delivered
  • Services in progress
  • Deposits or advance payments
  • Custom projects
  • Strategy, consultancy, planning, or design work
  • Third-party expenses already incurred on your behalf

b) Eligible Refunds (Under Special Cases)

Refunds may be issued only if:

  • The project has not started
  • No resources were assigned
  • A payment was made by mistake (duplicate transaction, double payment, etc.)

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–14 business days.


4. Payment Disputes

If you believe there is an issue with any payment:

  • Contact us first
  • Provide full transaction details
  • Allow us time to investigate

Raising disputes with your bank or payment gateway without notifying us may delay resolution.


5. Project Delays

itechieni.co is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Client unresponsiveness
  • Delayed approvals
  • Missing content
  • Change in project requirements
  • Technical issues beyond our control

Such delays do not qualify for refunds.


6. Change of Service

If you wish to modify the project scope after it starts:

  • Additional charges may apply
  • Extended timelines may be necessary
  • Changes must be communicated in writing

7. No Refund for Change of Mind

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of decision
  • Lack of understanding of service
  • Client’s personal or financial issues

Once booked, the service slot is considered reserved
