itechieni.co provides digital and technology-based services, including website solutions, technical services, and other non-tangible deliverables.
Due to the nature of our services, each project involves planning, time, effort, and allocation of resources from the moment a client engages with us. Therefore, refunds and cancellations are governed by the terms outlined below.
2. Cancellation Policy
a) Cancellations Before Project Start
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours before the project start date
- A 20% cancellation fee may apply to cover reserved time and allocated resources
b) Cancellations After Project Has Started
Once the project has commenced:
- No full refund will be provided
- A partial refund, if applicable, will be calculated based on the portion of work not yet completed
- Any completed or partially completed work will be charged accordingly
c) Last-Minute Cancellations
If a project, service slot, shoot, or scheduled meeting is canceled within 12 hours of the start time, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
3. Refund Policy
a) Non-Refundable Services
Due to the customized and digital nature of our services, the following are strictly non-refundable:
- Services already delivered
- Services currently in progress
- Deposits or advance payments
- Custom or tailor-made projects
- Strategy, consultancy, planning, or design work
- Third-party expenses already incurred on the client’s behalf
b) Eligible Refunds (Special Cases Only)
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
- The project has not yet started
- No resources have been assigned
- Payment was made by mistake (duplicate or double payment)
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment method used.
4. Payment Disputes
If you believe there is an issue with a payment:
- Please contact us first
- Share complete transaction details
- Allow us reasonable time to investigate and resolve the issue
Raising a dispute or chargeback directly with your bank or payment gateway without informing us may delay resolution and can result in temporary service suspension.
5. Project Delays
itechieni.co shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:
- Client unresponsiveness
- Delayed approvals or feedback
- Missing or incomplete content
- Changes in project requirements
- Technical issues beyond our control
Such delays do not qualify for refunds.
6. Change of Service or Scope
If you wish to modify the project scope after work has started:
- Additional charges may apply
- Project timelines may be extended
- All changes must be communicated in writing
7. No Refund for Change of Mind
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of decision after booking
- Lack of understanding of the service
- Client’s personal, business, or financial issues
Once a service is booked, the service slot is considered reserved, and resources are allocated accordingly.
